When is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs of payment. The actual time it takes for the item to get to the buyers will depend on shipping carrier. Normally, it takes 5 business days for most shipping zone within U.S's 48 lower states.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can check your order status by clicking on “My Account” link on top of the page and login in your account. You will find all of your previous orders on “My Account” page.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card won't be charged until your item is shipped out.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 days money back guaranty. If you are not satisfy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will not reimburse return shipping cost under any circumstances. Shipping charge is not refundable unless we ship the wrong item. Returned item must be in original packaging with complete accessory. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return
How do I return a defective item?
Email us for a RMA # and for further instructions before returning any defective product. Package without a RMA# will be refused.
